No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of prescription medications and FDA safety regulations, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns once your travel medication kit has been shipped.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Patient Safety: Once prescription medications leave our secure facility, we cannot guarantee their storage conditions, handling, or chain of custody. Accepting returned medications could compromise the safety of future patients.

FDA Regulations: Federal regulations prohibit the redistribution of prescription medications that have left our licensed facility, even if packages appear unopened or unused. This policy protects both patients and our medical practice.

Quality Assurance: We maintain strict quality control standards for all medications. Once a kit is in your possession, we cannot verify that medications haven't been exposed to temperature extremes, tampering, or other conditions that could affect their safety and efficacy.

Regulatory Compliance: This policy ensures compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations governing prescription medication distribution and helps us maintain our medical licenses.

Before shipping: If you need to modify your kit contents, contact us immediately. We can make changes during the medical review process before your kit is prepared and shipped.

After shipping: No changes, returns, or refunds are possible once your kit has been shipped.
