Needs Medical Clearance 

• Glaucoma (narrow-angle or angle-closure glaucoma)

• Enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia/BPH)

• Urinary retention or bladder obstruction

• Gastrointestinal obstruction or severe constipation

• Myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness disorder)

• Severe liver or kidney disease

• Elderly patients (increased risk of confusion, drowsiness)

• Heart conditions or irregular heartbeat

• High blood pressure or cardiovascular disease

• Mental health conditions (may cause confusion, hallucinations)

• Seizure disorders

• Respiratory conditions like COPD or asthma

• Known hypersensitivity to scopolamine or adhesives
